Every order is printed just for you, helping us limit waste and ensuring a fresh, high-quality print prepared with care. Once you place your order, it will take 2-4 days to be prepared. Your order will be securely packaged in a professional-grade tube to ensure it arrives undamaged. We have partnered with Print- and Shipping facilities all around the world. Your order will be fulfilled according to you shipping address.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the destination and the fulfillment center from which the product is shipped. General estimates:

  • USA: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–18 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

2. Order Processing Times

  • Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days for apparel products and 2–7 business days for non-apparel items.

4. Shipping Methods

  • Artefacts works with reliable global carriers, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and others. The carrier used depends on the destination and the type of product.

5. International Shipping

  • Artefacts ships worldwide; however, some destinations may be restricted.
  • Customs and import taxes: The customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country.

6. Tracking Information

  • Tracking is available for most shipments. A tracking link is provided via email once the order has shipped.
  • Some international orders may use untracked services depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

7. Shipping Address Errors

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses are returned to the facility.
  • Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the product to the correct address.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If a package is lost in transit, a claim must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • For delays, customers are advised to wait until the full estimated shipping window has passed before contacting support.

9. Eco-Friendly Shipping Practices

  • Artefacts uses packaging that protects products while minimizing environmental impact.
  • Some packaging materials are recycled or biodegradable.
