Return Policy

We strive to provide exceptional service and handle returns efficiently. Here’s how we manage returns, depending on the situation:

1. Returns Due to Quality Concerns

  • Any returns or issues caused by errors on our part (e.g., misprints, damaged, or defective items) will be handled at our expense.
  • Claims for such items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • For lost packages, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

2. Returns Due to Customer Preference or Size Exchanges

  • If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product for reasons like buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size, the cost of return and reordering will be at your expense.
  • Size exchanges require placing a new order.

3. Return Notifications and Handling

  • Returned items are sent to Artefacts' designated facility based on the fulfillment location (addresses listed below).
  • You’ll receive an email notification when a return reaches our facility.
  • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

4. Special Circumstances

  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If unclaimed, packages are returned to our facility. Reshipping costs will apply.
  • Sealed Goods: Certain items like face masks cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations. These will be disposed of upon return.
  • EU Consumer Notification: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, personalized or unsealed goods are not eligible for return.
