Paul Gauguin
Paul Gauguin (1848–1903) was a French Post-Impressionist painter known for leaving behind life in Paris in search of something more raw, spiritual, and untouched by modern Europe. His travels to Brittany, Martinique, and later Tahiti deeply shaped both his life and artistic identity, leading to some of the most recognizable works of the late 19th century.
